BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for the sale of products ("Products") by Dgtronix Ltd.  ("Dgtronix") to Dgtronix' s customers ("Customer").

 

Shipment Terms: All shipments by Dgtronix are Ex-works. The customer must provide his courier name and courier account to receive the goods by filling out the "Shipping Method" form. This form is launched after the customer completes his purchase through the PayPal website, by clicking on the button "Return to Merchant". All applicable tax and customs charges along with brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the Customer and due at the time of delivery.

 

Invoice: Dgtronix will send an electronic invoice to the customer after receiving the payment. All the details for the invoice will be sent by the customer by filling out the "Shipping Method" form through the ONIX website, or by sending the customer's details to the following e-mail address: finance@dgtronix-tech.com. In order to issue an invoice, the customer's e-mail address must be sent by the customer so that we can issue an invoice and all the details to the shipment and delivery to the customer.

Returns:  Are normally accepted when completed within 15 days of the ship date
